| OPERATIONS INFORMATION The Operations Department is responsible for all aspects of the wastewater operation here at the facility. Staff is on 24/7. Anyone interested in tours, they are handled by Operations as well as any students looking for influent, effluent or sludge to analyze would also do so via the operations department Industries/businesses in the area are most concerned with the industrial pretreatment department. They handle the determination for permitting and any inspections. The IP department also handles the permitting of septage haulers.
