| BIDS MATERIAL BIDS The Greater Lawrence Sanitary District is a municipal agency whose purchasing practices are subject to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 B. M.G.L c. 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act, applies to the acquisition and disposition of supplies, defined as all property, other than real property, including equipment, materials, and printing and further including services incidental to the delivery, conveyance, and installation of such property M.G.L. c 30 B also applies to the procurement of services, defined as the furnishing of labor, time or effort by a contractor, not involving the furnishing of a specific end project other than reports. Services covered by M.G.L. c. 30B do not include employment agreements, collective bargaining or grant agreements |
